Information regarding commonly asked questions about AcudocX:
- What is self-service? You need to allocate a few minutes to upload, input, and translate the specific details of your document via the AcudocX system. Once completed, the translated document is forwarded to us for verification, review, and NAATI certification. The final outcome is an extract translation.
- What is the standard price? The standard service is akin to the self-service, where you are required to upload your document to the AcudocX system. However, in this case, you will not be responsible for inputting and translating the particular details of your document. We will take care of the translation and certification of your document. The final product remains an extract translation.
- Language availability – Please note that extract translation is currently only available for documents that require translation between Chinese (traditional or simplified) and English.
- I can’t find the template for my document – If you are unable to locate the appropriate template for your document, it indicates that AcudocX cannot translate it. In such a case, please send the document to us via either info@broadlingual.com or the Request for a Quote form.
- A full translation – It is possible to opt for a full translation using AcudocX, but please note that the pricing for this service will differ from that of an extract translation.
- IMPORTANT – It is important to note that some government agencies may not accept extract translations. Therefore, before opting for either an extract or full translation, it is advisable to verify with the relevant business area to ensure that the chosen type of translation is acceptable.
